Elite Futsal Academy 805 is a professional Futsal organization that provides elite futsal training programs for youth players in Ventura County, California.
At Elite Futsal Academy, we are devoted to creating an inclusive, player development driven environment that empowers, supports and inspires players whilst proudly representing our local community. Consequently, we focus on five ELITE core principles throughout our Academy.

OUR PROGRAM
Our progressive 12 week academy training program lead by Academy founder Klaren Jubilee and the ELITE UYSF licensed coaching staff will build upon the technical and tactical foundations learnt during 2023/2024, whilst continuing to challenge players with new futsal specific drills and technique to improve technical proficiency and dive into even more detail on tactical components such as systems of play, positional rotation, transitional moments to continue to develop our players tactical awareness and prepare players for competition.

Elite Select Teams
Select players will be offered the opportunity to compete with our Elite Futsal Academy Select teams at the 2024 Southwest Regional Futsal Championships in San Diego, CA on December 13 - 15, 2024 and other Futsal events throughout 2024/2025.

Creativity
Perhaps the single most important reason to play futsal is that it encourages players to be creative and think out of the box. Because the court is smaller and you get so much more touches on the ball, players try things that they would never risk doing on the soccer field.
Intelligence
Futsal’s fast-paced and continuous nature helps to improve a player’s spatial intelligence and ability to learn to read the game. A player’s head is always on a swivel, taking in information, anticipating the opponent’s next move, and looking to exploit weaknesses on the court.
Speed of Play
The small space requires players to not only play quicker but also to make faster decisions. In futsal, you only have a split second to decide what to do with the ball before you are put under high pressure, this inherently encourages players to move on and off the ball, create space and support teammates to combine out of pressure.
Skill Developer
Research indicates that individual’s playing Futsal receive the ball six times more often than they would do when they are playing 11vs11 soccer, allowing players to perform more individual techniques such as passes, controls, fakes, feints, dribbles and runs with the ball
Decision making
Futsal as a game naturally brings players into regular one-on-one situations with their opponent, encouraging players into quick decision making as to how they overcome these scenarios; this could be through beating the opponent with a skill, or through clever passing to a team-mate
Fun and challenging environment
Many of soccer’s greatest players like Messi, Pele, Ronaldo, Iniesta, and Neymar all grew up playing futsal and credit futsal with developing their skills. Futsal has more of everything that kids love - More touches, more goals, more action! Players rotate positions throughout the game, so every player is 100% involved in every game

WHAT FOOTWEAR SHOULD I USE?Field Locations: Pleasant Valley Soccer Field - turf shoes ONLY (no cleats permitted) All other outdoor locations: Cleats permitted. Indoor Futsal location (Redline Athletics/Sports Academy): - Turf / Futsal shoes(no turf shoes permitted)

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?All soccer attire is permitted.

HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ELITE SOCCER PERFORMANCE JERSEY?Nike ESP Dri-fit training jerseys can be purchased on arrival. Payment can be made via cash or Venmo. Youth ($30) and adult sizes ($35).

DO I NEED A WAIVER TO PARTICPATE?Please have your child submit 2024 medical release / waivers on arrival. This waiver will cover your child for any training with us during 2024. All waivers must be printed off signed, dated and return the first day of our program. In order for your child to participate, all waivers must be completed.

WHO WILL BE IN MY CHILDS TRAINING GROUP?Players will be divided into groups based playing experience stated in your application. If a player is not an appropriate fit for their training group, we will do our best (numbers permitting) to change the group so they have fun, challenging and enjoyable experience.

DO I NEED TO STAY FOR THE FULL DURATION OF THE CLINIC?No, once checked in, you are free to leave and pick your child back up once our training comes to and end.

CAN I STAY TO WATCH MY SON/DAUGHTER?Yes, you are welcome to stay and watch your child train. We request that parents stay off the playing field and do not coach, instruct or yell from the sidelines however good your intensions.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?Due to so many fixed costs with our camp/clinics (facilities, insurance, coaches' contracts etc.) and with us having limited spots available on our camp/clinics, we have strict no refund policy unless the program has to be postponed or cancelled.

WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER POLICY?On an hourly basis we strive to make informed decisions based on weather forecasts and radar readings to benefit the children attending our camps and programs. Unfortunately, predicting the weather is not a perfect science and while we endeavor to make the correct call, we know that we can't please everyone all of the time. Our camp will continue in the event of light rain or passing showers. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, unplayable or closed by the facility, the camp may be postponed for the remainder of the day and you will be required to collect your child from the camp. We will inform you of the decision via email and our staff will stay at the complex until all players are collected.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A THUNDERSTORM?In the event of thunderstorms, the program will be suspended until the storm passes. Lightning storms are unpredictable so a 30-minute rule is enforced on all our Soccer programs. 30 minutes will be counted from when the last strike of lightning was seen. If the storm passes, play will continue. However, if the storm continues the program may be postponed/cancelled and you will be required to collect your child from the program.
